You are not permitted to access or use the IP for any purpose which involves the commercialisation of the IP or any element of it, or for any purpose which may be illegal or which may bring External Lawyers or its directors or officers into disrepute. General
If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes void, voidable, illegal, unlawful, prohibited or otherwise invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms of Use and will not have any effect on the remaining provisions.
These Terms of Use are exclusively governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.
